Astrologer Mahesh Mankar is a renowned astrologer specialising in Lal Kitab remedies, Vedic astrology, and spiritual guidance. We provide online consultations, astrology products, and personalized guidance to a global clientele.
**Role Overview**:
The Chat Support Executive will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries related to astrology consultations, product details, appointments, and general support. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming chat inquiries from clients on WhatsApp, website chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information about astrology services, consultation scheduling, and product offerings.
- Assist clients with booking appointments and resolving basic issues promptly.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
- Record and update client interactions in the CRM or tracking system.
- Coordinate with the astrologer’s team for special client requests or escalations.
- Share relevant promotional content or updates with clients when required.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Strong written communication in English and Hindi (Marathi knowledge is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of astrology or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM tools, and social media.
- Ability to multitask, remain patient, and handle high-volume chats professionally.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Prior experience in customer support or chat handling.
- Interest in astrology, spirituality, or related fields.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
