**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive (CSE)
**Location**: JT
**Shift Timing**: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
**Experience**: 1 to 2 years
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
**Gender Preference**: Male / Female
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers regarding the delivery status of trucks and parcels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track and update delivery information.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
- Provide timely feedback to the operations team for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience in handling call logs or CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
