Job Summary:- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our customer support team. As a Customer Support Executive , you will be the primary point of contacts for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Your excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and passion for customer satisfaction will make you a valuable assets to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- 1. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, emails, chat or other channels in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfactionand loyalty.
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/ service to customers.
Documents customer interaction and feedback in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, product, logistics) to resolve customer issues and improves overall customer experience.
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant teams.
Continuously update knowledge of products/services,policies and procedures to provide accurate support.
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time target.
Requirements:- 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and other support tools.
5. Strong attention to details and ability to maintain accurate records.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Any Graduation with prior experience with customer support or sales preferred.
