We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Relation Executive (Fresher) to join our sales & support team. The role involves interacting with customers, pitching products/services, resolving queries, and helping drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch and explain products/services to potential customers clearly and confidently.
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads and converting them into customers.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and customer interactions.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
  • Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closures.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the database.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresher graduates (any stream) are welcome.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in pitching/selling products to customers.
  • Good listening, convincing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools (preferred).
  • Enthusiastic, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
