Customer Representative Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Relation Executive (Fresher) to join our sales & support team. The role involves interacting with customers, pitching products/services, resolving queries, and helping drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch and explain products/services to potential customers clearly and confidently.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and converting them into customers.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and customer interactions.
- Maintain a positive relationship with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closures.
- Update and maintain customer records in the database.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresher graduates (any stream) are welcome.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in pitching/selling products to customers.
- Good listening, convincing, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools (preferred).
- Enthusiastic, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
