Key responsibilities of an F&B Captain:

- **Guest Interaction**:

- Actively engage with guests, greeting them, taking orders, addressing concerns, and ensuring their dining experience is positive.
- Thoroughly understand the menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, and special promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
- Manage table assignments and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and motivate a team of servers, including assigning tasks, coaching, and performance management.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate important information and service standards.
- Monitor staff performance and address any service issues promptly.
- **Operational Management**:

- Ensure efficient service flow by coordinating with kitchen staff and managing table turnover.
- Monitor inventory levels, minimizing waste and breakage
- Implement and uphold service standards, including proper table setting, food presentation, and beverage service
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner to maintain satisfaction
- Adapt to changing situations and quickly address unexpected challenges during service
- **Financial Management**:

- Contribute to maximizing revenue by upselling and promoting specials
- Monitor and control costs related to food and beverage service

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team
- Detailed knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and dietary restrictions
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
