**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Captain located in Agra. The primary responsibility of an F&B Captain is to oversee and manage the food and beverage operations at the restaurant. They must ensure that guests receive exceptional service and that the food and beverages are of the highest quality. The F&B Captain will be responsible for supervising and training staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in food and beverage service
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to handle difficult situations and deal with customer complaints
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverages, including wine and other alcoholic beverages
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent degree/diploma in hospitality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
