Position Title Senior Steward - F B Service Grade S-2 Department F B Service Responsible To F B Manager Deputy F B Manager Senior Manager Outlet ManagerJob Summary Reporting to the Senior Captain Captain the Senior Steward in F B Service plays a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction through the execution of assigned activities This position involves adhering to hotel rules and regulations maintaining a professional appearance and delivering excellent service during meal periods The Senior Steward is responsible for table arrangements food order assembly and maintaining cleanliness to uphold high levels of guest satisfaction Established Duties 1 Adhere to hotel rules and regulations and align with the hotel s mission statement 2 Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with established standards 3 Assist guests in seating according to specified standards 4 Arrange tables to accommodate the correct number of guests 5 Assemble and deliver food orders promptly and accurately 6 Maintain clean and tidy tables after the main course ensuring a pleasant dining environment 7 Ensure and uphold a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience 8 Execute all serving activities within prescribed time limits 9 Address guest needs and requests promptly and courteously 10 Anticipate and strive to meet guest preferences approaching them according to their mood 11 Shoulder responsibility for the meal period contributing to smooth operations 12 Continuously work towards maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction This role requires a keen understanding of hospitality excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to various guest preferences and moods The Senior Steward contributes significantly to the overall positive guest experience and upholds the standards of the F B service department
