**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and responsible **Steward** to join our service team. The Steward will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring excellent guest service in a friendly and timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and assist them with seating when required
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and pass them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, as per service standards
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guest departure
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, service stations, and pantry
- Assist in setting up tables, arranging cutlery, crockery, and napkins
- Refill water and respond to guest needs during service
- Follow instructions from the Restaurant Captain or Supervisor
- Assist in basic side duties such as polishing cutlery or cleaning service areas
- Follow hygiene and grooming standards strictly

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in restaurant service (freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English is a plus)
- Pleasant personality, polite, and guest-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and lift trays

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 10th / 12th Pass
- Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B Service (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in casual dining, café, or QSR is a plus

**Work Schedule**:

- Rotational shifts (Lunch / Dinner)
- Availability on weekends and holidays is required
