1. **Guest Service & Interaction**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Attend to guest needs, ensuring they have everything they need during their stay or event.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly.

2. **Housekeeping and Cleanliness**:

- Set up tables, chairs, and other equipment for events or dining.
- Assist with the cleaning and resetting of the dining area after meals or events.

3. **Serving Food & Beverages**:

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and polite manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction with food and drink offerings.
- Assist with food preparation, depending on the role (in some places, stewards may help with plating or basic food prep).

4. **Event Setup**:

- Set up and decorate tables, chairs, and other equipment for events, ensuring all is arranged to the client’s specifications.

5. **Stock Management**:

- Maintain stock levels of food, beverages, linens, and other supplies.
- Ensure proper storage of items in kitchens, bars, or storerooms.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and ensuring that everything is properly stored.

6. **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure food hygiene standards are met, including proper food storage and handling.
- Follow safety procedures, including cleaning up spills or broken items to prevent accidents.
- Adhere to health regulations in food service areas.

7. **Communication & Teamwork**:

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other team members.
- Work collaboratively with others to ensure smooth operation during events or shifts.
- Provide feedback on guest experience or operational issues to management.

8. **Laundry & Linen Management**:

- Wash, dry, fold, and store linens, towels, and other têxtiles.
- Ensure cleanliness and availability of necessary linens for service.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
