**Job Role (Objective of the Role)**
**Responsibilities**:
**Client Onboarding**:
1. Welcome new clients to the co-working space, provide tours, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
2. Assist clients in understanding and utilizing our facilities, amenities, and services.
**Client Engagement**:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
2. Organize and facilitate networking events, workshops, and activities to enhance client
engagement and collaboration.
**Issue Resolution**:
1. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, or issues, and work proactively to address and resolve them promptly.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
**Community Building**:
1. Foster a sense of community within the co-working space by Assisting in bringing the existing clients together for social events, meetups, and celebrations.
2. Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership among co-working members.
**Client Feedback**:
1. Collect feedback from clients to continuously improve our services and amenities.
2. Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gauge client satisfaction and gather insights for enhancements.
**Sales Support**:
1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
2. Provide support in promoting additional services and amenities to existing clients.
**Market Research**:
1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
2. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market research.
**Administrative Support**:
1. Handle general administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
2. Assist in maintaining and updating client records and database, in addition to maintaining the records and database of the inventory of welcome kits, first aid kits and other materials.
**Facilities Management**:
1. Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure that the co-working space is well-maintained and meets the needs of clients
2. Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any issues promptly.
**Event Coordination**:
1. Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings within the co-working space.
2. Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and enhance client engagement.
**Client Feedback and Surveys**:
1. Gather feedback from clients to improve services and amenities.
2. Conduct regular surveys to assess client satisfaction and gather insights for improvement.
**Key Competencies**:
- A smart and pleasing personality.
- Proven experience in client relations and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of the co-working industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in building instant relationship with customers, follow up skills
- Good knowledge of computer
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
