**Job Role (Objective of the Role)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Operations**:

- Day to Day interaction with Clients for their needs and requests.
- Upkeep of the common areas, reception and cabins.
- List out the snags observed during daily rounds and assign it to concerned individuals and escalate/ inform any major issues to Manager
- Ops / Asst. Manager
- Ops.
- Updation of Client Complaint Report on daily and hourly basis.
- Build a strong relationship with the in house clients and help them with their requests and complaints through Key Account Manager (KAM) list.
- Handle regular front office duties and assist the branch in issuing and collecting feedback forms from clients
- Telephone handling.
- Event Management at Center.
- Access control
- Access card count, collection at the time of client exit and maintaining Access card inventory of Managed office.
- Updating daily attendance in coordination with HR department
- Updation of weekly and Month End Reports
- Coordinate with Sales Department for any walk-in enquiry for Office Space.
- Food and Beverages - Service, Food, Cleanliness and Hygiene.
- Welcome kit and Welcome mail for new clients
- Cake and Bouquet arrangement for new client.
- Procuring and Ensuring all items mentioned in reception checklist are available in reception all the time.
- Ensure First
- Aid kit is available and stocked up.
- Responsible for visitor entry and exit.
- Conduct tour in absence of any sales resource
- Proper Receiving and Delivery of Courier.
- Secretarial Service for clients.
- Handling Virtual office client’s calls and mails and informing them accordingly.
- Upkeep and Maintenance of Games Area
- Indoor Plants in-charge for coordination with plant vendor.
- Empty cabin upkeep.
- New client move in in-charge
- Check for Cabin arrangement, Painting, Plants, Welcome kit, 1 day before client moves in.
- Maintaining Pantry list - Stock check, usage report, ensure ordering of items in coordination with pantry staff, upkeep on daily basis.
- Maintenance of Files and other materials used for events and celebrations.

- Acumen to perform duties under work pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in building instant relationship with customers, follow up skills
- Good knowledge of computers, office equipment, data and voice systems.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
