IT company in Mumbai looking for Customer Relationship Manager to provide online and voice customer support to domestic and international clients.
This role is to provide online customer services to Domestic & International clients.

**Key Areas**:

- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales using CRM software.
- Calling existing and potential customers to inform them about company products and services
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Responsible in calling the clients for reactivation and solving their queries

**NO COLD CALLING**
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Excellent English Communication skills will be eligible. (Can read, Write & Speak)
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
