**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow up with customers as needed.
- Meet performance standards and adhere to shift schedules.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 6 Month of experience** in customer service (Voice & Chat process mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
- Flexibility to work in **rotational shifts and on rotational week offs**.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Note**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
