**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Handling outbound and inbound calls
- Building relationship with key customers
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Providing on time support and communication to customer within TAT
- Handling customer query after delivery of order
- Helping customer with status of their orders / returns
- Understanding customer concern and to help them solving their query with their satisfaction
- Communicating with customers through various channels, mails, chat, calls, social media
- Ensuring seamless communication with team to keep high moral and low chances of mistake
- Efficiently managing returns of customers to win their loyalty with satisfaction
- Profiling customers based on datavia past transactions, complaints etc.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Any person either a BMS/ BCom degree must be self-motivated, driven and with good academic records and some familiarity or interest in Pop Culture Merchandise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Work-ex of atleast one year in Customer Relationship Management
- Sales / E-Commerce experience preferable
- Skill(s) required: MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
