**Job Summary**:
The General Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets for the store. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products (bags, shoes, and accessories), and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable products (bags, shoes, accessories).
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, new arrivals, and brand features.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure products are well-displayed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
- Assist in stock management — replenishment, tagging, and inventory checks.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for promotional activities.

- Good product knowledge (especially in fashion retail, bags, and footwear).

- Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, billing, CRM tools).

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or relationship management.
- Experience in fashion retail, footwear, or accessories is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
