**Requirements**:

- Experience:

- 3-5 years in business development or account management in the US market.
- Skills:

- Proven ability to independently acquire clients.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Technical Proficiency:

- Proficient in CRM, ATS, and MS Office.
- Attributes:

- Target-driven, energetic, sharp, and possesses a CAN-DO attitude.
- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus).
