OTA Sales Executive - Hotels
Experience: 2+ Year
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize hotel listings on major OTAs (e.g., (link unavailable), Expedia, Agoda)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive OTA revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers
- Monitor and analyze OTA performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with hotel marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across OTAs
- Negotiate commission rates and contracts with OTAs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and OTA developments
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or OTA sales
- Strong knowledge of major OTAs and their platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel property management systems (PMS)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hotel revenue management systems
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles
- Certification in hotel sales or revenue management (e.g., HSMAI)
