key responsibilities:

  • Manage and update hotel/resort listings across multiple OTA platforms , Expedia, Agoda, MMT, Goibibo, Tripadvisor, etc.).
  • Handle guest inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate with OTA market managers and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Monitor bookings, occupancy, competitor rates, and recommend dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly revenue and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with reservations and front office teams to ensure smooth guest experience.
  • Drive sales through effective communication, marketing, and convincing skills.
