Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Surprise Car Accessories, Pune

Reports To: Owner.

Objective: To drive sales growth, manage marketing campaigns, and ensure excellent customer experience across all departments — seat covers, audio, android, detailing, and lighting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries, ensure conversion.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns on social media, GMB, and offline promotions.
  • Build relationships with car showrooms, garages, and dealers for referrals.
  • Track sales performance, incentives, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage pricing, offers, and product displays to boost visibility.
  • Coordinate with HR, accounts, and operations for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain CRM data and follow up on leads regularly.

Requirements:

  • Graduate.
  • 2–4 years of experience in automotive or retail sales.
  • Strong communication, leadership & negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of car accessories and digital marketing preferred.
