Job Title: Holiday Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai/Pune

Shift: Day Shift, 5 days working, Rotational week offs.

Our client is an affiliate company Celebrities Management which owns & operates Travelxp TV the world's leading travel channel. The company is an OTA dealing with HNI customers and has grown at a fast pace.

Today it is one of the leading OTAs in India with plans to launch in other markets. Our vision is to be the world’s most trusted and topmost Travel curated commerce platform.

We are looking for a Holiday Sales Executive who is equally passionate & has an ability

to deal with HNI customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Interact with premium clients and understand their requirements
- Build rapport with potential clients and understand their travel needs,

preferences, and budget.
- Develop and present customized travel packages that cater to client desires

and exceed expectations.
- Sell a variety of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, tours,

activities, and travel insurance.

- Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings, resolving

issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals.
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration,

Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (freshers or 1 year of experience

considered).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns

effectively.
- A passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create unforgettable

experiences.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel booking systems (a plus).

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
