Position : IT Support Executive

Department : IT

Reporting to : HOD

Responsible for : Complete IT infra and Maintenance

Location : Corporate office

Role Purpose: IT technical support officers monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organisation and provide technical support to its users

Key Responsibilities:
Hardware Support
- Setup, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals such as projectors and printers.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely manner.

Network Management
- Monitor, configure, and maintain Wi-Fi networks to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Manage firewalls to safeguard the network and enforce security protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues promptly.

Software and Licensing Management
- Manage software licenses, renewals, and compliance across the organization.

IT Security
- Implement security measures to protect IT systems from threats and unauthorized access.
- Regularly update antivirus software and monitor systems for vulnerabilities.

Technical Support
- Provide technical support to staff for IT-related issues, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Educate employees on best practices for IT and cybersecurity.

Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation of hardware inventory, software licenses, and IT procedures.
- Generate regular reports on IT operations, including usage, maintenance, and security incidents.

Other Admin & Project related profile:

- Negotiating with the vendors for IT related products for right product and reasonable cost
- Handling the IT work at company site or other offices at Pan India level
- To work on Cost saving measures & efficiency level.
- To prepare monthly MIS report of IT work done for that month.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Qualification: Education: Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
