We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented **IT Support Executive** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of IT support operations, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing IT assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology-driven workflows

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide first-level day-to-day IT support to internal users for software and hardware-related issues
- Install and configure client computer systems to meet user requirements
- Offer tailored solutions that address client needs effectively
- Monitor and manage the base ticketing system to ensure timely issue resolution
- Set up user accounts and profiles on the network for seamless access
- Track and manage work records systematically
- Install software updates and patches to maintain system security and performance

**What You’ll Need**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, Desktop, or Technical Support roles with demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications
- Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or ITIL are highly desirable
- Skilled in managing Active Directory, Windows 11, Office 365, SharePoint, ticketing systems, and TCP/IP networking
- Exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to resolving user queries, and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges effectively
