**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Customer Support Executive** to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide product and service information to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Process orders, refunds, and returns as needed.
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and offer effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending issues and customer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathy and patience to effectively handle customer concerns.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
