Job Description for a **Customer Support Role. - Domestic Process**
**Process Name - Airtel - Black RM/Multi/Postpaid**
**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with 1 year voice experience.
- Communication and thought process has to be good.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in **English**
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Need Immediate Joiners
- 45 days Paid Training
- Age Limit - 30 years
**Shift Timings - 5 days working - Male - 6 am - 12 am (any 9 (nine) hours shift) - Rotational Shift**
**Female - 6 am - 8 pm (any 9 (nine) hours shift) - Rotational Shift**
**Job Location : Noida - A - 37, Gate No - 01, Sector - 60, Noida - 201301**
**Job Type: Full Time**
**Remuneration**:3,20,000 - 3,55,200 (In hand)
