**Key Responsibilities**
- Issue Resolution: Resolve complaints, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.
- Order Management: Assist with order placement, tracking, returns, and cancellations.

- Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback and document interactions.

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Company Description**:
