We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Work From Home Customer Service Representatives. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Identify customer needs and concerns, and proactively find solutions to meet their requirements.
- Exhibit clear and professional written and verbal communication, maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone in all interactions.
- Develop a strong understanding of our company's offerings to provide accurate and helpful assistance to customers.
- Assist customers with technical issues or troubleshooting, guiding them through common problems.
- Effectively manage multiple customer inquiries while meeting response time expectations.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Stay updated on product changes, process updates, and industry trends to adapt to evolving customer needs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
