Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**:
The Service Executive is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolution of customer issues and queries. The role involves managing customer relationships, handling complaints, providing information about company products and services, and ensuring that customers receive a high level of service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
3. Identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns, and escalating complex issues to higher levels of management when necessary.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
5. Providing information about company products and services to customers
6. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
7. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analysing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
8. Participating in training programs and staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
9. Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
10. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
