Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Meet customer service performance metrics, including response time and resolution rate.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
- Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in shifts (if applicable).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
