Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team **at Cloud Dhobi is an online laundry and dry-cleaning multi-facility business in Delhi NCR**. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and satisfying experience with our online food services. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support through various communication channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, delivery times, and order statuses.
- Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and managing their accounts.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related issues.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken and that customers are satisfied with the resolution.
- **Customer Feedback**:
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss common issues and brainstorm solutions.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. **Experience**:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Experience using customer service software and CRM systems.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹8,685.90 - ₹25,000.00 per month
