This is a full-time in-office role for a Customer Service Executive at Moxi Outsourcing located in Noida Sector-63. The job will be responsible for analysing business opportunities, providing information and confirming basic details of the customer and fixing appointment for our sales team. Ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, and driving sales through customer interactions. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - This is an International Voice Process. - Responding to Australian customers about energy saving scheme and booking appointments that fit into the schedule of the customer. - Conduct calls and generate "first meeting". - Pitching business products and services for solar panels. - Talking to customers over calls and provide relevant support regarding our renewable energy solutions. - Introducing the company's information capabilities to prospective customers and crafting proposes based on customer needs. - Creating business plans to achieve self-business targets and ensure profitability of the unit. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Acting as a point of contact, as needed, for customers support and assistance. - Provide feedback to the internal teams on potential product improvement based on customer feedback. - Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and transactions in the CRM system. - A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service. - Maintain regular relationship with existing and potential customers. - Proactively identify, drive requirements, cultivate new business opportunities. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Excellent communication skills with patience and active listening. - Strong hold on English and grammar. - Problem solving skill and analytical thinking. - Freshers and experienced can apply. - Graduate and post-graduate both can apply. - Strong phone contact handling skills. Job Timing - 07:00 am to 03:30 pm Working Days - In office, 6 working days Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
