**Customer Service Executive (Chat Support - US Clients)**

**About the Role**:
We’re hiring an experienced and proactive **Customer Service Executive** to join our support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling **live chat support** for our **US-based clients**, ensuring quick, clear, and professional communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide real-time **chat support** to customers across the US market
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is needed
- Stay updated on products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
**Requirements**:
- **1-2 years** of experience in customer support (chat-based preferred)
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** in English
- Experience dealing with **international (US-based)** customers
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with chat platforms like **Zendesk, Zohodesk, Freshdesk**, or similar
- Willingness to work during **US business hours**
**Nice to Have**:
- Prior experience in **e-commerce, SaaS**, or **service-based industries**:
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
