**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, cook, and present Continental dishes using standard recipes and techniques.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP standards).
- Assist in managing stock control, including ordering, storage, and rotation of ingredients.
- Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu improvements.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Supervise Commis Chefs and guide junior kitchen staff as required.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure timely and efficient service.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen
- Specialization or strong exposure to Continental cuisine
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and portion control.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
