A Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) specializing in the Tandoor section plays a crucial role in Indian kitchens, particularly in establishments offering traditional tandoori cuisine. This position involves overseeing the preparation and cooking of dishes using a tandoor oven, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Food Preparation & Cooking**: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meats, breads, and vegetables, using traditional tandoor techniques. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards
- **Station Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the tandoor section, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- **Inventory & Stock Control**: Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting in inventory management and ordering as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
- **Quality Assurance**: Regularly check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure they meet the establishment's standards.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year specializing in tandoor cooking.

**Education**: A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts
- **Skills**: Proficiency in tandoor cooking techniques, knowledge of Indian spices and marinades, and strong organizational skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
