**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 + Incentives

Web Ministers, a growing digital marketing company, is seeking a passionate and motivated **Cold Calling Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating leads that will help grow our business. You should be able to communicate effectively, possess a basic understanding of digital marketing, and be ready to work the night shift.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to promote Web Ministers' digital marketing services.
- Present and explain our digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web development.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up on.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
- Overcome client objections and answer questions about our services with clarity and professionalism.
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets for lead generation and sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive rapport with potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Strong communication skills**, both verbal and written.
- **Basic knowledge of digital marketing** concepts (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, etc.).
- Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work **night shifts** (shift timings will be discussed during the interview).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with using CRM software and basic office tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
