**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Cold Caller to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and identify sales opportunities.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through research and outreach.
- **Client Engagement**: Build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver compelling sales pitches to convert leads into customers.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with leads to ensure continued interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- **Deal Closure**: Negotiate terms and close deals over the phone, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of all calls, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Market Feedback**: Provide feedback to the team on market trends, client objections, and potential improvements to the sales process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Fresher to 1 year
- **Skills**: Strong cold calling, lead generation, and sales closing skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive speaking ability.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- **Work Ethic**: Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
