**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls using well-researched materials such as business directories, company databases, industry reports, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter), professional networking sites, trade associations, and online business listings.
- Utilize scripts to describe service features, pricing, and benefits effectively.
- Ask relevant questions to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Persuade customers by demonstrating how our services can meet their business goals.
- Accurately record customer information and interactions in the company's CRM system like zoho.
- Handle customer objections and complaints professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback for future reference.

Skills / Attributes Required
- Proven experience in telemarketing, Sales, or Customer service roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, preferably over the phone.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools such as CRM software, google Sheets, and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Persistent, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

**Qualifications / Experience Required**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.
