**Job Title**: Tele Caller Executive

**Location**: Mohali

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain products/services and provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide support.
- Maintain and update customer databases/CRM on a regular basis.
- Follow-up with potential clients and ensure conversions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Graduate preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English language as required).
- Prior experience in telecalling/telesales/customer support is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
