
Cold Calling Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or contact lists.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the company’s services/products.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with call outcomes and client information.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
