**Call Center Executive (Female)**

**Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000**

**Location: Phase-11, Mohali**

**Time: 10am -7pm (Monday
- Saturday)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services.
- Engage prospects through persuasive communication to generate sales leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a graduate degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling or telesales.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

**Note: Your first-month salary will have a deduction equivalent to 15 days' pay, serving as the service fee for the recruitment company that facilitated your hiring process.**

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
