Call Center Executive

As a Call Centre Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless communication experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about study-abroad programs, visa processes, and related services.
- Address inquiries and resolve student or parent concerns promptly.
- Schedule appointments for counseling sessions and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the counseling and visa teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and follow-up targets.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Pay: ₹10,300.81 - ₹34,343.52 per month
