We are a fast-growing start-up looking for energetic and fluent English-speaking professionals to join our **International Voice Process** team as **Customer Support Executives**. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for international clients, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle international inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain call logs, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and quality targets.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and process improvement.
- Work in rotational or night shifts based on client region (US/UK/Canada).

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) with a neutral or international accent.
- Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain professionalism on calls.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Previous experience in a BPO or international call center is an advantage but not mandatory.
