Manages large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Provides assistance to patient and other contacting the clinic by telephone; may provide direct assistance, or take messages and direct calls to the appropriate.

Completes initial registration information of new patients following established policies and procedures

Ability to make calls to prospective customers using the internal database.

To keep a track,update and maintain the outcome of each potential clients in database on regular basis.

Proficiency in MS Excel Word.

Good verbal amp written communication skills

Good internet knowledge

Compensation for this post will be in line with qualifications and experience. Not a constraint for the right member

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,301.04 - ₹34,331.92 per month
