**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Support**: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with booking taxis, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
- **Booking Management**: Guide customers through the online booking process and provide updates on reservations.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- **Coordination**: Communicate with drivers and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- **Sales Support**: Upsell and cross-sell additional services, such as upgrades and special packages.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
