Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Cold Calling Executives. This is a great opportunity for freshers or students who want to gain experience in the IT industry while enhancing their communication and client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce DigiMantra's IT services and solutions.
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospects through effective communication.
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Maintain records of calls, prospects, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Understand client requirements and align them with DigiMantra's offerings.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Candidates with good IELTS / PTE scores will be given preference.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a confident approach while speaking with clients.
  • Ability to learn about IT services and explain them effectively to potential clients.
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
