**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
- Explain the company’s digital marketing services in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Understand client requirements and schedule follow-ups or appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of **digital marketing concepts** (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
