**Job Title: Cold Calling Executive**
**Location: Mohali**
**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**What You’ll Do**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database or leads.
- Pitch products/services in a clear, confident, and engaging manner.
- Understand client needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Follow up on warm leads and maintain a strong call-back schedule.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Record clients interactions and maintain an organized call log.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to refine call strategies.
**Skills**:
- **2-4 years**of experience in cold calling, telesales, inside sales, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills—you're confident, friendly, and engaging.
- Resilient and self-motivated with a hunger to succeed.
- Able to handle rejection positively and keep moving forward.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and call management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
