**About the job**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Identify, build, and nurture new B2B leads through research, networking, and referrals.
- Proactively reach out and fix meetings with HR heads, L&D teams, and corporate decision-makers.
- Meet clients in-person or virtually to understand their training, coaching, leadership development, team building, or event needs.
- Recommend customized solutions and work with internal teams to create winning proposals.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensure repeat business, and support upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to the leadership team.
- Keep up with industry trends to offer fresh, relevant solutions to clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
