- Track and follow up on calls related to post-sales queries.
- Make outbound calls to customers to address their concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries effectively.
- Provide clear and concise updates to customers regarding the status of their complaints or queries.

- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and updating databases.
