**Hiring for Customer Support Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduation.
- Experience 1-3 Years
- Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills.
- Languages: English / Kannada / Hindi/ Tamil
- Excel knowledge is a must.
