We have since grown into Indiaʼs largest and most regarded learning app for NEET PG preparation. **What you will be doing here?** **1.Be the User Champion** Take ownership of user challenges—solve their issues with empathy and precision.Ensure a seamless experience that keeps our users focused on what matters most: their learning journey. **2. Analyse and Innovate** Identify trends in user challenges and collaborate with the product team to drive enhancements that eliminate friction.Track, report, and proactively address recurring pain points with data-backed insights. **3. Collaborate and Communicate** Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate technical issues and ensure swift resolutions.Keep users informed with clear, concise, and friendly communication, becoming their trusted guide. **4. Stay Ahead of the Curve** Master the Marrow platform and its evolving features, offering users up-to-date and accurate support.Share feedback that helps shape our roadmap and enhances the user experience. **Who are we looking for ?** - A **recent graduate** who thrives on problem-solving and has a passion for user experience. - **Exceptional communication skills**—both written and verbal.
